In order for us to make a decision about ‘blocking ’ hotel accommodations for Team Wisconsin and begin planning for uniform and other apparel purchases, we ask that you complete the Worksheet by Thursday, December 17th.
You should keep the Schedule Highlights; Games Registration Fees Overview; Official Games Hotel and Sports Overview sheets. (If you have attended an Informational Meeting about the Games, please put these in your Team Wisconsin Handbook.)
Lastly, please mark your 2010 calendar and plan to attend one of these upcoming Games Informational Meetings if you have not yet attended a meeting:
- January 14-Marshfield
- January 28-Milwaukee
- February 10-Green Bay
You can also help us raise money for our Team Wisconsin uniforms, trading pins and fan apparel by attending one or more of these Team Wisconsin fund raising activities:
- January 30-Spotlight on Life-Dinner and Ballroom Dancing Exhibition by Fred Astaire Dance Studios-Mequon
- April 10-Benter’s Bowling Benefit for Team Wisconsin-Two Rivers
- May 22-Tribute to Life Bowling Benefit for Team Wisconsin-Franklin
- June 26-BIG Cup Golf Outing to Benefit Team Wisconsin-DePere
